Business or requirements analysis

- Based on the requirement perform a in depth analysis of the Zoho platform capabilities, limitations, and restrictions as per the Zoho plan the customer is on or will be choosing.
- Discuss with level 1, 2 & 3 Zoho Support to evaluate or work around the restrictions to be able to cater to the customers’ requirements.
